Puppy Adoption Questionnaire

Here is just a quick outline of the steps you can expect before you receive your puppy:

  • 1. Fill out our puppy questionnaire.

  • 2. If your application is approved, pay $500 deposit via credit card from our site link.

  • 3. At 6 weeks old, you can select your puppy from a litter.

  • 4. At 8 weeks your puppy is ready to go home!

Are you willing and able to maintain your dog's routine expenses for it's entire life?
Are you interested in keeping in contact with us as the breeder of your dog?
Will you be able to pick up your dog in 8 weeks or will you need us to provide transportation to your home at an added expense?
